Responsibilities



End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding) Coordination with department heads for hiring needs Appointment letters, confirmation, transfers, promotions Exit management: resignations, terminations, final settlements Maintain complete employee records and HRMIS Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity) Handling inspections, notices, and audits from labor authorities Payroll processing coordination (monthly, timely & accurate) Salary structuring, CTC break-up, deductions & reimbursements KRA/KPI design and implementation Performance appraisal process Support management in promotions, increments & disciplinary actions Handling grievances, misconduct cases, warning letters Drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies Employee welfare activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,395.42 - ?40,309.28 per month
