Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operational activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities (FNF).

Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.

Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data accuracy.

Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.

Support recruitment operations, offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Assist in audits, reports, and MIS related to HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and labor laws.

Experience with HRMS and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT/Tech industry HR operations.

Exposure to compliance audits and vendor coordination.

Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
