Job Summary
: We are looking for a
Senior Executive - HR Operations
to manage HR processes across our airport operations. The role involves handling employee lifecycle management, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multi-location HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain master data and personal files for all staff.
Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
Attendance tracking and payroll inputs in collaboration with operations teams.
Support Airport Entry Permit (AEP) documentation and compliance processes.
Maintain HR databases, MIS reports, and monthly HR dashboards.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor law records, etc.) in coordination with HR compliance teams.
Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.
Assist in internal audits and ensure timely document readiness.
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR records.

Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and HR systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in
Human Resources / Business Administration.
3-5 years of experience
in HR Operations, preferably in
aviation, hospitality, or service industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
