Profile Overview:
Experienced in managing end-to-end HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws through policy development and SOP implementation.
Skilled in executing employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee relations issues, and collaborating with departments to foster a positive work environment.
Proficient in HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and AI tools at an intermediate level, with hands-on experience in recruitment processes, background checks, and offer letter preparation.
Roles & Responsibilites
Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with various departments to address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance.
Maintain and manage HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Work closely with leadership to implement new HR initiatives effectively.

Requirements:
Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
4-7 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, HRIS, and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems is a must
* AI proficiency of Intermediate level is expected
