Manage end-to-end Recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of employees.
Facilitate seamless Onboarding and Offboarding processes with proper documentation and compliance checks.
Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities, wellness programs,and recognition initiatives.
Maintain and regularly update Employee records and HRMS platforms.
Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and SOPs.
Contribute to Training & Development programs, including need analysis,coordination, and impact measurement.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leaves, andsupport grievance redressal.
Draft and refine s and assist in defining relevant KPIs andKRAs for each role. Coordinate Performance Management System (PMS) cycles, including data tracking, feedback facilitation, and appraisal documentation.
Support audit readiness, internal compliance, and statutory requirements.
Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications & Requirements :-
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
4-6 years of full-time experience in Human Resources.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRMS platforms (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
