Key Responsibilities:



Manage payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and leave Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, etc.) Oversee contract labour documentation, muster roll, and contractor coordination Liaison with government/labour departments for inspections and compliance Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction, and confirmation process Support workforce deployment and manpower planning based on shift/load Maintain HR records, statutory registers, and support internal/external audits Address employee grievances (blue & white collar) and support disciplinary actions Monitor and manage canteen operations, hygiene, and food distribution records Ensure prompt redressal of workers' concerns on the shopfloor Conduct welfare activities and engage with contract and permanent workmen Operate and update HRMS and maintain accurate HR MIS reports
