Role Purpose



The Sr. Executive - Human Resources supports end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment execution, factory HR administration, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR functioning at the factory and office level through accurate execution, coordination, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding



Execute recruitment activities as per approved manpower plan for Factory, HO, and Sales functions. Coordinate with functional heads for scheduling interviews and joining formalities. Manage end-to-end recruitment documentation and maintain hiring trackers. Conduct structured induction and onboarding for new employees.

Factory HR Operations



Manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, and overtime data. Prepare and validate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission. Provide daily HR support to factory employees and supervisors. Maintain employee personal files and HR records accurately.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws



Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings under applicable labour laws and Factories Act. Support statutory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit observations.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Handle routine employee queries and grievances at the factory level. Support disciplinary processes and documentation for misconduct cases. Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and initiatives.

HR MIS & Documentation



Prepare and submit periodic HR MIS reports accurately and on time. Ensure HR documentation is updated, organized, and audit-ready. Support internal and external audits with required HR data and records.

Qualifications & Experience



MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent. 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment. Hands-on exposure to factory HR operations and statutory compliance is essential.

Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements Strong coordination and execution capability Clear communication and employee-handling skills Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work closely with shop-floor, supervisors, and operations teams

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
