MBA / PGDM in Human Resources with excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
Coordinate training & development programs for employees
Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives
Support workforce planning and manpower deployment
Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance
Ensure smooth HR operations across corporate and project sites
Assist management with HR reporting and policy implementation
