Scope of the Role: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR operations within the organization. This includes recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role ensures that all HR functions are carried out smoothly and effectively, acting as a liaison between management and employees while promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements
:
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers. Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and files.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
Assist in employee engagement activities, internal communications, and recognition programs.
Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and trackers (e.g., attrition, attendance, etc.).
Coordinate with payroll team for attendance, leaves, and salary inputs. Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.) in coordination with external consultants.
Organize training sessions and HR development initiatives as needed.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to across departments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
Good knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools & proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with payroll inputs and coordination along with familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
