The HR & Administration professional will manage employee-related HR functions along with overall administrative responsibilities. The role will include handling facility management, security, and canteen administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management of the facility
Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance - PF, ESI.
Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
Facility Administration:
Ensure upkeep of office / workplace infrastructure, housekeeping, vendor management, and asset tracking.
Security Administration:
Oversee security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Canteen Administration:
Manage cafeteria operations, monitor food quality, hygiene, vendor performance, and employee satisfaction.
Handle transport/logistics arrangements for employees if required.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for smooth functioning.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations within premises.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in HR & Administration (Manufacturing/Corporate setup preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative operations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
