Job Title: Sr. Executive HR & Admin

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR & Admin Operations Executive/Sr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient running of human resources functions and administrative operations to ensure a smooth and effective work environment. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing HR operations, office administration, and supporting company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing employee induction programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employee agreements.
  • Assist in employee relations, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Filling out the PF, Client, LWF & PT Challans.
Administrative Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office is well-maintained and adequately stocked with supplies.
  • Manage office facilities, including vendor relations for utilities, office equipment, and general maintenance.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle office communication, including responding to emails and phone inquiries.
Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for employee records, contracts, and other HR-related materials.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the office.
  • Assist in audits and HR-related compliance checks as necessary.
Supportive Role:
  • Provide HR-related guidance to employees on policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support senior management in HR and administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Familiarity with HR Compliances.
  • Prior experience in managing office facilities or events.
