1. Ensure availability of qualitative & quantitative Manpower as per Annual Manpower Plan
2. Attendance & Leave Management
3. Managing and controlling the Plant's administration budget (Housekeeping, Pantry, Canteen etc.)
4. Maintain Admin activities in Plant
5. Prepare & Check the HR and Admin. related bills
6. Manage employee shift rosters
7. Coordinate with payroll team for accurate salary processing
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws related to working hours and attendance.
09 Ensure availability and upkeep of office facilities (cleanliness, security, pantry, etc.)
10.Implement & Sustain 5 "S" at Plant and audit for improvement
11. Coordinate with departments to understand contract manpower requirements.
12. Verify contractor compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, labor laws
