We're looking for a sharp, data-savvy Sr. Executive Growth to lead our organic content marketing efforts.
Job Location

• Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive organic growth through content across YouTube, Instagram, and Meta.

• Analyse platform metrics to spot trends and opportunities.

• Run experiments and A/B tests to optimise reach and engagement.

• Work closely with content, design, and platform teams to scale what works.

• Report insights and performance regularly to guide content strategy.

Qualifications & skills required:

• Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, and Meta Business Suite.

• Experience in content performance analysis and growth experiments.

• A test-and-learn mindset with a sharp eye for data.

• Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, creator programs, or consumer brands.
