Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior-level Sr Executive Finance to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time role ideal for a proficient finance professional looking to apply their expertise within a dynamic and growing industry. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing our financial strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance, in line with Tapcrunch's mission of leveraging data insights for digital advancement.
Qualifications and Skills

  • proficient in advanced Excel, this is a mandatory skill required for comprehensive data analysis and financial modelling (Mandatory skill).
  • you must have experience in financial modeling to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
  • ability to conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future trends and financial conditions based on data.
  • skilled in data analysis with knowledge of Tableau to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • strong expertise in budgeting and planning to assist in financial resource allocation and management.
  • sound understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations.
  • excellent communication skills are necessary for conveying financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Generate payable and receivable invoices monthly
  • collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
  • make cashflow statement and assess cashflow predictability.
  • monitor timely receivable and payable invoices
  • maintain records of advance and post payment billing
  • record TDS, GST and other compliance monthly.
  • participate in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgeting, and reporting activities.
  • support the auditing process by providing requisite documentation and insights.
  • engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial operations within the organization.
