Responsibilities * Develop and enhance formulations for hair and skincare products tailored to meet dynamic market demands.

• Conduct raw material validation and ensure competitive benchmarking for improved quality and efficiency.
• Manage product scale-up processes while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product performance and stability to deliver superior customer satisfaction.
• Perform documentation and claim substantiation to support research outcomes and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative product development initiatives effectively.

Requirements * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in hair/skincare product formulation and development.
• Hands-on experience in product scale-up, troubleshooting, and competitive benchmarking.
• Proficient in documentation and claim substantiation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
