Job Title: CRM Executive

Industry: Retail / Manufacturing

Experience - 3-5 year

Salary - 30- 40 k CTC- negotiable

Immediate joining/15 Days Notice

:

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system Track sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams Prepare MIS reports related to sales, customers, and follow-ups Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution Support customer retention and relationship management activities Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation in CRM

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer and lead data in the CRM system Track enquiries, RFQs, orders, and follow-ups Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Ensure accurate customer records and data quality Support sales team with customer communication and status updates Handle customer complaints and service requests in CRM Assist in improving customer retention and satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
