Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular
on-ground meetings
with both government and private clients.
Prepare and deliver
professional pitches and presentations
tailored to the client's needs.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Stay updated with government procurement procedures and private sector expectations.
Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and client events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in client servicing, preferably with exposure to
government tenders or institutional clients
.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in
pitching services and building B2G/B2B relationships
.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site meetings and presentations.
Confident, persuasive, and able to work independently.
