Execute BTL and field marketing activities to increase brand reach and customer walk-ins.
Build partnerships with corporates, communities, and local groups for awareness and engagement events.
Manage on-ground activations such as outreach camps, promotional drives, and localized marketing events.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
Track market developments and competitor activities to support strategic marketing decisions.
Prepare regular field performance reports and insights for management review.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 3+ years of experience in BTL/offline marketing or field activation roles.
Prior exposure to healthcare, retail, diagnostics, or service-based industries is preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with frequent field travel across locations.
