Job Summary
:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, including product promotion, technical discussions, and ongoing support.
Provide on-site technical assistance during product trials, guiding customers on processing techniques and optimal product usage.
Drive new business development by identifying opportunities for both existing and new products.
Identify potential channel partners to expand market reach.
Deliver technical support and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution-oriented service.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Qualification
:
Education: B.E./B. Tech. Chemical or Polymer from CIPET or any recognized institute.
Experience: Previous experience in Plastic Additives, compounding, masterbatches.
Language: Well versed in Kannada, Tamil (south regional languages)
At least 3-8 years' experience in product application development, technical services & business development, preferably in polymer related industry.
Good processing knowledge in relation to various plastic materials & polymer recycling.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
