Job Responsibilities:
Prospecting new customers to foster growth and create new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Responsible for establishing close relationships with all accounts and gaining a thorough understanding of the customer's business and requirements, while taking a customer-centric approach.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Support customer service and work closely with operations and documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
To prepare sales & marketing material and presentations for the specific approach to existing or potential clients
Experience with business acquisition and lead generation in the logistics or freight forwarding industries is preferred.
