About the Role:
Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a
Senior Business Development Executive
who can
lead client negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals
independently for our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate must have deep industry experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of
high-ticket sales closures
in real estate or civil construction domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Take over qualified leads from the CRM/Sales team and handle final negotiations
Explain technical and commercial proposals to the client confidently
Negotiate project pricing, payment terms, timelines, and legal aspects with clients
Ensure smooth and timely
contract signing
with all supporting documentation
Build strong rapport with high-value clients including NRIs, plot owners, and developers
Coordinate with technical, legal, and project teams for aligned execution post-deal closure
Maintain and update deal pipelines, reporting directly to the Director/VP
Assist in refining pricing models and client acquisition strategies based on market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales in real estate or civil construction
Strong understanding of contract terms, project BOQs, and legal documentation
Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing abilities
Fluent in Odia, Hindi, and English
Experience dealing with high-value individual clients and institutional customers
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and proposal formats
Professional, ethical, and highly reliable
