Reviews of New Joined Employees & Trainees
Monthly Training MIS, Training Module in ERP/SAP
PMS (Performance Management System)
Employee Engagement & HR Projects
Organize training, expert lecture within sanctioned budget.
Required Skills

Should have experience in Competency Development & Training and Development.
Should have knowledge in Competency Development for GETs and DETs (Trainees)
Working knowledge on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV Preferred)
