Job Description

Responsible for Packaging materials, Bottles (HDPE, LDPE, COEX, Aluminum etc), Labels,
Pouches, Bags, C. Boxes etc.
Purchase materials against Purchase Requisition/Indent.
Float RFQ against Purchase Requisition/Indent
Arrange quotations and make comparative statements.
Execute Purchase order after approval of management.
Co-ordination with vendors/suppliersfor timely delivery.
Vendor development and price negotiations.
Regular follow-up for dispatch of material against P.O's.
Monitor vendor performance through vendor evaluation.
Responsible for analyzing and solving the problem related to Materials & taking the
initial corrective action against the problem.
Should have proactive approach.
Working on SAP/ERP.
Knowledge of Material Management (MM Module)
