3. Overall Co-ordination for Class-room program delivery at LC as per Event Calendar
4. Record keeping of Attendance, Feedback forms of participants in classroom delivery
5. Maintenance/ upkeep of Infrastructure at LC
6. Coordinate Apprentices# engagement, training and related documentation/MIS
7. Coordinate Rewards & Recognition Programs like Teacher Day/ Faculty felicitation.
8. Coordinate for development of Site and Plant specific learning content .
9. Coordinate audit of LC activities with visiting auditors.
10. Explore ways of improving LC experience by adopting new technology
11. Preparing monthly/yearly LC highlights
Education Requirement :

Engineering degree/Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirement :
============================
Engineering degree with 1-2 years# experience. in large Hydrocarbon Industry OR Diploma in Engineering with 4-6 years# experience working in large Hydrocarbon Industry having big L&D infrastructure, preferably some years in L&D itself.
Very good command on usage of Computers/ Learning related system such as SAP/ Data Collection & documentation
Skills & Competencies :

Should have excellent interpersonal skill as job requires liaison regularly with mentors / Faculty for arranging faculty/TNI#s/seeking training nominations.
Has Behavioural Competencies of Customer Value, Ownership mind-set to ensure no/minimum cancellation of training programs, imparting training as per TNI/Curriculum and also ensure effective training is imparted..
