Key Responsibilities:
o Income Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses in compliance with local, national, and international tax laws.

Quarterly Tax Returns:
Accurately prepare and file quarterly tax returns on time.
o
Form 16 Calculation:
Calculate and issue Form 16, ensuring correct TDS deductions and statutory compliance.
o
Tax Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
o
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
o
Statutory Calculations:
Perform TDS, GST, and other relevant tax calculations accurately.
o
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify tax credits, deductions, and cost-saving opportunities.
o
Audit Support:
Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documentation.
o
Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records of all tax filings, payments, and correspondence.
o
Regulatory Awareness:
Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and provide insights for strategic planning.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst, or similar role, with expertise in income tax and quarterly filings.
