Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in industrial packaging solutions.

The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and supporting business growth across

key regions.

Key Responsibilities

? Work closely with Purchase and User departments to finalize sales deals

? Build strong product knowledge across packaging machines and tools

? Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target industries

? Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability

? Grow business through new client acquisition and retention of existing clients

? Prepare quotations, schedule meetings, and demonstrate product capabilities

? Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support and relationship building

? Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Performance Expectations

? Meet or exceed product sales targets

? Support initiatives that enhance product profitability

? Drive product growth in assigned regions or client accounts

? Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Candidate Profile

? Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial packaging sales

? Experience with strapping machines/tools, tapping machines, wrapping machines, and

related consumables is a strong advantage

? Excellent communication and presentation skills

? Self-motivated and result-oriented

? Must own a two-wheeler and be open to frequent travel.
