We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive - Sales
to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in
Domestic & International FIT and GIT Sales
, excellent destination knowledge, and proven ability to convert leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
Domestic & International FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour)
sales.
Interact with clients to understand travel requirements and create customized itineraries.
Prepare quotations, costings, and detailed travel packages.
Convert leads received through various channels into confirmed bookings.
Communicate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers for rates and confirmations.
Maintain strong follow-ups with clients for enquiries, bookings, and documentation.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries.
Work closely with the operations and product teams for smooth execution of tours.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in Travel & Tourism industry (mandatory).
Strong experience in
Domestic & International FIT & GIT sales
.
Excellent destination knowledge (Japan, Asia, Europe, Middle East, USA, etc.).
Good understanding of costing, quotations, and itinerary building.
Proficient in customer handling, negotiation, and sales conversion.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Strong vendor network and DMC understanding.
Knowledge of travel platforms, ticketing portals, and MS Office.
Ability to handle high-value clients and corporate enquiries.

Pay: ?319,709.17 - ?600,000.00 per year
