About the Role
:
The L&D Specialist will be responsible for supporting the L&D function, primarily focused, but not limited to, preparation, delivery and assessment of training and development programs for specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions or groups.
The incumbent will report to Manager-L&D and will be responsible for consulting and collaborating with internal clients/ stakeholders across the business on all levels, to support them through the development of new training solutions and deployment of existing solutions, to continually move the business and people forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Working as a key member of the L&D Team to build, deploy, and track the impact of learning solutions;
End-to-end ownership of training programs/projects, including coordination and communication of the same;
Working with diverse stakeholders to support with identification, development and implementation of effective learning initiatives;
Designing and implementation of learning solutions that are aligned with the organisation's objectives, through different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, online training sessions, classroom facilitation, coaching, etc.;
Conducting post-workshop engagement activities/initiatives with participants to support implementation of learning from the workshops and track impact of the same;
Supporting sales capability building of the Sales function in branches through various development initiatives
Content development/development of blended learning solutions for all levels of employees
Key Result Areas:
Facilitation and follow up of various workshops for different levels and functions
On-time closure of development of training modules
On-time planning and execution of Training programs
On-time submission of training data/reports
Competencies (Skills essential to the role):
Strong facilitation skills; 3+ years of experience, in developing and facilitation of capability building programs, soft skills development programs, customer service training, process training, etc.
Experience in content development/ development of blended learning solutions for all levels of employees;
Planning and executing small- and large-scale cross-functional training programs;
Proficiency in MS Office applications;
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with proficiency in English;
Ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organisation;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a dynamic environment, while focusing on meeting the objectives of respective project.
