We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sr. Executive or Assistant Manager in the BTL Activations and Events vertical
.
The ideal candidate must be a taskmaster with exceptional client servicing skills, vendor management acumen, and a flair for executing seamless on-ground activations
. You will be responsible for leading event planning, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:
Plan, manage, and execute BTL activations, brand promotions, and events across markets.
Client Servicing:
Serve as the point of contact for clients, understand their objectives, present event ideas, and maintain a high standard of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor Management:
Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors for fabrication, manpower, logistics, and other event-related services.
Presentation & Pitching:
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the event concept, budget, and execution strategy.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, production, and on-ground teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables. Be a proactive team player who uplifts the performance of those around them.
Budget Management:
Handle budgets efficiently, ensuring cost optimization without compromising on quality and impact.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare post-event reports, MIS updates, and client documentation including feedback and performance evaluation.

Proven experience in vendor negotiations and cost management
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Eye for detail and creative execution
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of production, fabrication, and event logistics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing / Mass Communication / Event Management / Business Administration or relevant field would be a plus
Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in BTL activations and events
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other planning tools
Agency and real estate experience preferred if any

Willingness to travel for on-ground event executions

Bachelor of Mass Communications (B.M.C. - B.M.M.)
