Role Summary:



The incumbent will be responsible for

end-to-end sales documentation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the sales team

to ensure smooth order processing, compliance, and timely dispatch of materials.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Documentation:



Prepare and manage

sales contracts, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, delivery challans, and related documents

Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Maintain proper

records and MIS for sales and dispatch documentation


Sales Coordination:



Coordinate with

Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Plant/Operations teams

for order execution Track

order status, dispatch schedules, and customer commitments

Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and customer confirmations

Customer & Vendor Coordination:



Act as a

single point of contact

for customers regarding documentation and order status Coordinate with

transporters, clearing agents, and vendors

as required Handle customer queries related to invoices, dispatch, and delivery

Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure documentation compliance related to

GST, E-way bills, statutory norms, and internal audits

Prepare

sales reports, dispatch reports, and reconciliation data

Support management with

periodic MIS and data analysis


Process Improvement:



Identify gaps and suggest improvements in

sales documentation and order processing workflows

Assist in system updates and ERP-related documentation processes

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

sales documentation & commercial processes

Working knowledge of

GST, E-way bills, and invoicing

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills Proficiency in

MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation tools

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred Industry Experience:



Mining / Minerals / Manufacturing / Trading / Logistics


Reporting To:



Commercial Head

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
