Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager: Corporate Marketing (Healthcare / Hospital)
Role summary
We are looking for one of our Client who is a large Corporate Hospital in Chennai that is looking for a results?driven Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to join their Corporate Marketing team and lead healthcare B2B outreach. You will build and manage corporate partnerships, run employee health camps and wellness programs, convert camp participants into hospital walk?ins/OPD referrals, and use CRM (Salesforce) to drive measurable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Identify, develop and manage corporate partnerships, employee wellness programs and on?site health camps for hospitals and clinics.
Create persuasive proposals, presentations and sales collateral tailored to corporate HR/CSR and workplace health decision?makers.
Coordinate and execute employee health camps (or specialty camps), including on?site screening, counseling and post?camp follow?ups.
Convert camp participants into hospital walk?ins, OPD referrals and booked procedures through structured counseling and outreach.
Own B2B lead generation, cold outreach, demos, negotiations and closure of corporate tie?ups.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM; run reports and forecasts for leadership.
Collaborate with digital marketing to run targeted campaigns, landing pages and emailers for corporate audiences.
Represent the hospital at corporate events, health fairs and industry conferences to increase visibility.
Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (revenue, conversions, camp ROI, lead quality).
Train hospital front?desk and camp staff on conversion scripts, data capture and follow?up workflows.
Required qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate relations / business development -- preferably in healthcare, hospitals, clinics or medical devices.
Proven track record of closing corporate partnerships, running employee health camps or institutional sales.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills; confident in on?site client interactions and field sales.
Comfortable with frequent field travel and camp execution.
Nice?to?have
Prior experience in specialty hospital corporate relations.
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle basics, medical billing or patient referral processes.
Basic digital marketing/demand?gen experience (LinkedIn ads, email campaigns, landing pages).
Certifications in sales, digital marketing or healthcare administration.
