Job Description

1] Training:



Execution the Training program as per calendar.

Preparation of training communication.

Collation of Training Feedback forms and attendance sheet.

2] Recruitment & Staffing:



Resume screening and sending HOD for scrutiny

Interview scheduling and coordination.

Employee Staffing

Maintain Employee Database.

3] Security, Transport & Canteen Management



4] Statutory Compliances:



Complete Monthly / Annual returns.

Prepare & Follow Statutory Compliance Calendar.

Provide required Inputs to superior for legal and statutory compliance.

5] ISO:



ISO Compliance

Record keeping as per ISO requirement.

6] Leave & Attendance Management:



Record Keeping and Data Preparation.

Monthly Attendance for Salary Input.

7] Contract labour Management:



Staffing & Regulating Contractual Manpower.

Record keeping.

8] Health, Safety & Environment:



Create Safety culture.

Arranging annual health checkup camp.

Support to implement safety related activities.

9] Employee Engagement:



Employee Engagement activities

Support in various cultural events.

10] MIS:



Prepare Monthly MIS for HR & IR.

Provide required MIS inputs.

11] Event Management



Support in various events.

12] AMC renewal:

STP, RO, Photo Coping Machine, Fire Hydrant System, Solar System & etc..

13] Agreement:



Periodically Agreement with various vendors.

Renewal the agreements.

14] Travel Desk Management:



Flight, Train, Bus Ticket booking

VISA application & appointment booking

15] Employee Benefits Administration & co-ordination:



Group Mediclaim

Group Personal Accident

Workmen Policy

16] Liasoning with Govt. Bodies & Local authorities /bodies



SECONDARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



1] Support to departmental senior officials.



2] Support in Admin Department activities.



Excellent in communication.

Excellent in Computer Literacy.

Hands on experience in various systems and software.

Confident.

Ability to deal with situation.

Detail knowledge of all HR functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
