Retail Sales- Genset
Location- Moradabad
Designation- Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager
Budget-
Moradabad- 8 lpa (including 10% var)
Exp Range- 5-6 years
Education- Diploma/ B.Tech
Industry Preference- Genset/ Compressor/ Transformer/ Capital Goods where candidate has exposure of B2C rather then B2B business
Position description: To build business of DEB by ensuring organizational growth through identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Cold calls to generate enquiries and doing meetings with potential customers and prospects for new business.

• Capable dealer handling.

• Listen to customer requirements and suggest solutions & accordingly suggest product for sale.

Handling customer queries, objection handlings, technical comparisons with competition.

• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.

• Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.

• Challenge any objection with a view to getting the customer to buy.

• Sound and technical knowledge of generator & engines.

• Good selling , negotiating and convincing skills.

• Promote sales through Advertising, Campaigning & sales promotion scheme.

In job profile candidate has to approach directly to customers and to generate inquiries directly from field rather then depending on dealers.
Dealer handling is side by side job but majorly he has to connect with end users and to book the orders.
Would also prefer if candidate is from local areas as coming outside takes lot of time to understand the geography of the area.
