Sr Executive /am Indirect Procurement

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement indirect procurement strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve supplier performance.
Sourcing and vendor management:
Identify and select vendors for indirect commodities and services.
Manage the supplier base and ongoing vendor relationships.
Handle the entire vendor onboarding process.
Negotiation and contracting:
Lead contract and service agreement negotiations to secure favourable terms.
Manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from preparation to compliance.
Procurement operations:
Gather requirements from internal users.
Process purchase orders and support in tracking shipments and deliveries.
Address payment queries and maintain accurate documentation.
Analysis and reporting:
Perform spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Track and report on key procurement KPIs and metrics.
Compliance and risk management:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Maintain organized records for audit purposes.
Added skills
Proven experience in indirect procurement or sourcing.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Proactive, ethical, and team-oriented mindset.
Technical Education /Experience/working location
B. Tech in Mechanical
Experience: 4~7 years
Mainly Noida plant with frequent visits to suppliers
