Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site office operations, including stationery, housekeeping, and utilities.
Maintain records of attendance, leave, and overtime for site employees.
Handle site-level travel, accommodation and transport arrangements for employees and visitors.
Ensure proper upkeep of site infrastructure, equipment, and communication facilities.
Maintain employee personal files, statutory records, and site documentation.
Support in preparation and submission of compliance documents (labour, EHS, PF/ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors/sub-contractors for documentation, ID cards, and access permissions.
Maintain registers as per statutory requirements (Muster Roll, Wage Register, etc.).
Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities at the site.
Facilitate grievance redressal, disciplinary records, and welfare initiatives.
Support payroll inputs by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave details.
Organize employee engagement, health & safety awareness, and welfare activities at site.
Process petty cash, site expenses, and maintain expense records with proper approvals.
Coordinate with vendors for supply of materials, services, and ensure timely payments.
Support budget monitoring and cost control measures at the site.
