Job Summary:



The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, managing office activities, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting management with essential administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Office Administration



Manage daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness. Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory; raise purchase requests as required. Handle front-desk activities including visitor management, phone calls, and couriers. Maintain records such as attendance sheets, ID cards, access cards, etc. hotel booking, travel desk, Visa Processing. BMC work, Sim card related work Guest House management , party management, event organization.

Vendor & Facility Management



Coordinate with vendors for AMC, housekeeping, security, IT support, and maintenance work. Negotiate pricing, manage service agreements, and ensure timely delivery of services. Oversee facility repairs, office equipment maintenance, and utilities.

Documentation & Record Keeping



Maintain administrative files, agreements, contract renewals, and compliance documents. Handle documentation for procurement, asset management, and general admin processes. Prepare MIS reports related to admin activities.

Travel & Event Coordination



Arrange travel, accommodation, cab bookings, and logistics for employees/guests. Assist in planning company events, meetings, and conferences.

Support to Management



Assist HR/Management in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing schedules. Coordinate inter-departmental communication and follow up on admin-related tasks.

Key Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize Good negotiation and vendor-handling skills Time management and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred 3-5 years of experience in administration or office management Experience with vendor management, facility operations, and documentation

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
