We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounts candidate to oversee all financial aspects of our organization

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning, along with excellent leadership and communication skills

As a Finance and Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for

managing the day-to-day financial operations,

providing financial insights to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts

Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and financial health to optimize financial performance

Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making

Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders

Leading and developing the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed

Keeping abreast of accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
