Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Accounts & Book Keeping:



Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Maintain project-wise accounts and ensure accurate cost allocation.

Record and reconcile customer payments, advances, and vendor bills.

2. Compliance & Taxation



Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, RERA, and other statutory requirements.

Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for audits and inspections.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.

3. Financial Reporting



Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Generate MIS reports, cash flow statements, and project profitability reports.

Assist management in budgeting and forecasting activities.

4. Real Estate Specific Accounting



Track revenue recognition as per percentage completion method / project completion method.

Maintain records of customer agreements, receipts, and outstanding dues.

Monitor escrow accounts, loan disbursements, and compliance with RERA guidelines.

5. Vendor & Client Management



Verify and process vendor invoices, contractor bills, and consultant payments.

Coordinate with clients/customers for payment follow-up and reconciliation.

Handle queries from vendors, bankers, and stakeholders related to accounts.

Education and Experience:



Preferably B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.

Skills and Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

real estate accounting practices

. Hands-on experience with

Tally / any real estate ERP

.
In-depth knowledge of

GST, TDS, RERA regulations

.

Proficiency in

MS Excel, MS Word, Tally and financial reporting tools

.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point). Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
