Job Description

Position:- Sr. Executive - Accounts ( Male Only)

Experience:- 4-7 years

Location:- Vashi ,Navi Mumbai.

Qualification:- B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA in Accounts & Finance

Salary:- As per industry

:

Export Accounts knowledge is must with excise duty, sales tax, service tax, stock valuation, banking transactions like buyers credit, letter of credit, Incoming & outgoing payments etc.

Foreign Payment & transactions, payment follow-up with Buyers.

Salary & Wage administration.

Taking Care of Full & Final Settlement, exit formalities.

Apply Packing Credit Loan against Export orders, Pre to Post Loan.

Close Loan before Due date, Coordination with Bank.

Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate, entries into TALLY.

Preparation of statutory accounts.

Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

Assisting qualified Accountants with audits.

Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.

Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.

Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed.

Complete tax filings.

Accounting Entries :-

- Purchase & Sales

- Journal Entries

- Bank Receipts & Payments

Knowledge of TDS, Individual Income Tax

Knowledge of TDS Return filing

GST calculation & payment

Ready to Work any other assigned work

*Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
