for the Sr. Executive - Finance Team (USA)
Manage day-to-day accounting operations & the general accounting function.
Bank reconciliation & Invoicing for USA & manage the cost invoicing booking.
Checking the cost as per the manifest
Preparing and issuing customer invoices and account statements & matching invoices and purchase orders.
Processes invoices to ensure information is correct and up-to-date, & prepares and issues vendor settlements.
Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.
Verifying payment status with Vendors/Carrier/Truckers & identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
Collecting revenue by reminding delinquent accounts, and notifying customers of insufficient payments
Maintaining account ledgers by posting transactions
Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Office Time : 2PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
