Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly closing.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for audits, taxation, and financial matters.
Monitor budgets, cost control, and cash flow management.
Ensure accurate vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.
Administration & Office Management
Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth operations of office utilities, housekeeping, and supplies.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and support HR in recruitment and payroll.
Draft and manage official correspondence, agreements, and contracts.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Implement and monitor company policies, processes, and compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance) is an added advantage.
4-7 years of experience in accounts and administration roles.
Experience in handling audits, taxation, and vendor management preferred.
