DETAILS OF THE JOB: Designation & Job: Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager-Design & Engineering Function: Design & Engineering Country: India Work Location: Greater Noida PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Job Context : To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Production machineries. Challenges : To create solution and solve problems, playing a central role in the design and implementation of moving parts in the plant. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accountabilities Scope Of Work Preventive Maintenance To ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance of machines as per schedule. To maintain the preventive maintenance and B/D maintenance records as per SOP\'s. Break Down Maintenance To ensure minimum break down and schedule condition monitoring and proper selection of spares. Analysis of breakdown, failures, corrosion and chronic problems in the Plant. Cost Optimization Projects Conceptualize the schemes related to cost reduction. Consider the implications of issues such as cost and time constraints while planning. Safety, Health and Environment Conceptualize the schemes related to energy conservation, cost reduction. KEY INTERFACES: External Interfaces Internal Interfaces Vendors, Suppliers and Government Bodies Employees and Management EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Education Qualification(Highest) with Target Institute(s): B.E./ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or M. Tech in Mechanical Desired Certifications: Ms Office, CAD or AutoCAD Experience Range: 3-5yrs. working experience in relevant field SKILLS REQUIRED: Skills Description Proficiency Level (General Awareness, Working Knowledge, Functional Expert, Mastery) Functional Skills Process Development skill. Preparation of DOE R&D data comparison for scale up. Exposure to pilot skid design Stabilization of pilot plant based on bench scale data for scale up. Preparation of BFD Preparation of PFD, Preparation P&ID as per latest international code Through Knowledge of heat and mass transfer. Equipment sizing and selection Clear idea of unit process and unit operations Basic Knowledge of flow chemistry. Hydraulic calculations Utility requirements (Black and clean) Preparing of PDS, MDS and IPDS. Preparation of line list and SM list TBE Preparations Understanding of Plant layout Project cost estimation in Precapexes and capex level Estimation of relief loads / safety valve sizing HAZOP/ HAZARD analysis Preparation of techno commercial evaluation. Project scheduling on MS office/Primavera Project cost estimation / projects scheduling Good exposure of Precommissioning check list Good knowledge of international code and standard Developing operation logic. Strong Precommissioning and commissioning understanding Clear understanding of CIP and SIP Good exposure to DCS operations. Good knowledge of preventive & breakdown maintenance of Production Machineries. Knowledge of Validation of Production machinery, Exposure towards cGMP requirement as per regulatory norms like USFDA, MHRA etc. Working Knowledge/ Functional Expert Behavioral Skills Good Communication skills Team player Time Management skill Organizational skills Working Knowledge General Awareness : Knows the fundamental or has general understanding of concepts.
