Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming domestic & international sales inquiries via email, phone, chat, and CRM platforms.
Build strong relationships with prospects and distributors, understanding needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Drive sales conversion by qualifying leads, presenting product value propositions, and closing orders.
Prepare and send commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate order processing, shipment details, payment terms, and post-order support.
Track key market trends and provide feedback on buyer behaviors, pricing sensitivity, and competitive activity.
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for review.
Liaise with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Customer Support to resolve post-sales issues effectively.
Desired Skills & Experience
2-5 years of inside sales experience
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline independently.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages a plus.
Customer-centric mindset with solution-selling capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with stakeholders.
