As we are from Event Management field we want candidate from the same background. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of Event Flow. Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client. Coordinate with Vendors and determine the best utilisation of resources to increase good services to the clients. Good communication skill are must Important. Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship. Computer Literacy is must and should be able to use of MS Office & Canva. Coordinate with team members and be available to them for support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

2. Event Planning: Coordinating logistics, vendors, and timelines.

3. CommunicationEnsuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting issues and finding creative solutions.

5. Event Execution: Overseeing event setup, execution, and teardown.
