Estimation Manager

to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and validate cost estimates for real estate projects. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost planning. Evaluate tenders, vendor quotations, and contracts to provide cost-efficient solutions. Maintain a comprehensive database of materials, labor costs, and other project-related expenses. Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation within the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
