We are looking for

Sr. Engineer-Equipment Design and Development

at one of our locations in

Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

Design and development of special purpose machines, equipment's, jigs, fixtures required for wire assembly Create alternative design concepts of special purpose equipment's. Prepare detailed design of equipment's and manufacturing drawings. Create and maintain equipment documentation- BOM, specifications, programing logic Interact with suppliers for timely delivery of machined parts, standard components Guide and co-ordinate for assembly of equipment's, machines, fixtures Supports current product with continuous improvement and supports resolution of customer Understand, support, and contribute to IATF16949 by following approved policies and procedures Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong customer focus Must possess ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.

Qualification:-

Mechanical Engineering Experience in design & development of customized equipment's, Automation Extensive knowledge on automation components, PLC programming Knowledge of different machining processes Requires extensive knowledge of 3D modelling, assembly and 2D drafting - experience in Inventor is preferred. Requires strong knowledge of working principles and selection of automation components- like pneumatics parts, servo motors, sensors, LVDT, robots, cobot's etc Should be skilled at written & verbal communication 4-6 Years of Experience.
