Key Tasks and Deliverables Develop and simulate control algorithms for Vehicle Control Units (VCU) using MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.
Perform auto-code generation using Embedded Coder, Simulink Coder, or TargetLink.
Conduct MIL, SIL, and HIL testing using tools like dSPACE, ETAS, and Vector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hardware-software integration.
Ensure traceability and compliance using Polarion/DOORS and standards like ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
Support vehicle-level calibration and testing using INCA, Canoe, and diagnostic tools.
Document functional specifications, test plans, validation reports, and SORs.
Critical Must-Have Deliverables Validated control models for EV charging systems with successful auto-code integration.* Traceable requirements and test coverage aligned with ISO 26262 and ASPICE.* Successful execution of MIL/SIL/HIL testing cycles with documented results.* Functional diagnostics using CAN, LIN, UDS protocols.*
Good-to-Have Deliverables Experience with CCS protocol, DC/AC charging, OBC, and PLC communication.* Exposure to microcontroller platforms and embedded software architecture.* Participation in design reviews with actionable technical feedback.*
Experience
3-5 years in model-based development for automotive embedded systems.
Hands-on experience in EV charging domain is essential.* Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Embedded C, and automotive communication protocols.*
