Learn more about our This role will sit in the createdValue Engineering Function.The function of the Value Engineering organisation is to unlock Value within our current and future product portfolios. The team members will be developing and implementing a range of agile tools to carry out and report on this activity. The team will work with our global partners to complete in-depth analysis of products to build out Should-Cost and Design-to-Value models to drive engineering and business excellence. The team work to createShould-Costmodels for the existing and new products. The team work onDesign-to-Valuemodels with NPI to identify and link product attributes and manufacturing processes to cost at a very early stage in the product design cycle and then track this through the NPI process. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information Education: Degree qualifies in engineering, business or IT solutions Experience: 4 or more years\' experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive should cost modelling and data analytics. Codify learnings into organizational best practices Develop and maintain concise cost model reporting tools. Develop and practice use of Value Engineering tools to drive consistency across all efforts Liaise with various functional stakeholders to get inputs into building Value Engineering models Drive excellence throughout the Agile Cost Sprint execution Skill Sets: Commercially and financially aware Strong analytical skills Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. The individual should enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic and results orientated team environment.
