Requirements:

• Testing experience - Software, Hardware and System Integrity for the UPS products, Testing of power electronics, automated control-based systems.
• Managing the bi-directional traceability - requirements to test planning/scenarios/test cases/test results.
• Develop test automation, independent verification and validation of electronic/electrical systems/sub systems/products.
• Experience in XIL based testing - Model in Loop (MIL), Software in Loop (SIL) and Hardware in Loop using industry platforms like MATLAB, Vector, dBase etc.
• Experienced working with external test partners and vendors.
• Ability to work within matrixed environments.
• Familiar with electrical, power electronics, and analog-to-digital; have a good mathematical foundation and abstraction, analysis ability, strong research willingness and ability.
• Able to think and solve problems independently, diligent and conscientious, good at teamwork.
• Experience preferably UPS, Power supply, AC/DC Converters, Chargers product development and testing
• Working knowledge of Embedded Systems - Electronics, Firmware, Communication Protocols
• Exposure to Tools: Requirement Management and Analysis, bug tracking tools, Configuration Management etc.
• 7+ years of test engineering experience with electrical-based products.
• Focus on failure-analysis methods and system reliability a huge plus.
• Basic working knowledge in power/electrical engineering; AC and DC power

20kVA circuits, microprocessor and sensor interfacing, firmware interfacing, batteries, connectors/wire- harnesses. * Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and identification of components.

• Strong engineering troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and methodically.
• Ability to operate in an electrical testing lab environment safely and successfully.
• Need planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional global developmentteams.

Education & Certifications:
Senior Test engineer requires bachelor in electrical/Electronic Engineering and 7+ years' experience.
Good to Have: ISTQB Certification
