Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Ensure the Software testing of Electric Powertrain ECUs in Labcar / Vehicle
Define Failure Modes & validate as per Requirements
Overview of VCU,BMS, MCU & OBC-DCDC interface & its impact
Functional & Diagnostic Validation of Electric Powertrain ECUs
Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external)
As a part of V&V team, ensure alignment & implement SW Testing timelines in line with Project Timelines
Lead cross functional activities & collaborate with leadership team as needed
Experience
2-6 years of experience in Software Validation of Electronic Control Units ( ECUs)
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters of Engineering in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical stream
General Requirements
Skills Required

• Ensure SW verification & support validation in an OEM or Tier-1/2 environment
• Very good exposure to vehicle testing in test track environment,
• Good Knowledge in EV Vehicle Testing
• Good understanding of functionality of electric Powertrain ECUs
• Knowledge of CAN,UDS , CANoe, CANlyser, INCA
• Usage of Data Loggers & Data Analysis
• Proposed Strategy based on Vehicle Applications
• Good experience of various quality standards & practices for HiL
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders & strong inter-personal skills
• Strong teamwork, Open Minded, oral communication, ability to coordinate multi-disciplined team.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and attention to detail
• Highly process oriented and should work towards continuous improvements (Extremely IMPORTANT !!)
• Drive and commitment to deliver technically challenging projects.
